急性运动性疲劳脉图评价的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨建立急性运动性疲劳脉图评价方法和指标的实验依据。方法:对34名健康大学生应用功率自行车进行力竭运动造模,同步连续监测心肺功能;分别于运动前后检测血压、脉图、血乳酸(LA)指标,并设计应"用运动性疲劳主客观评分表",包括自我感觉疲劳程度(RPE)和客观症状评分两部分,对运动状况进行评价和记录。结果:受试者在负荷运动10min左右耗氧量(VO2)、呼吸商(RER)与心率(HR)达到平台期;运动造模后,RPE均数为16.79,LA/RPE均值37.13;与造模前比较,造模运动后血LA显著升高(P<0.01),收缩压(SBP)显著降低(P<0.01),脉图重搏前波h3、降中峡h4均显著降低(P<0.01),w/t则显著增大(P<0.01),最佳脉压(Pm)显著降低(P<0.01)、脉图生物龄(PY)明显增大(P<0.05),较日历年龄增大显著(P<0.01)。结论:脉图可以客观、有效地评价急性运动性疲劳状态;脉图的h3降低、h4降低、w/t增大、Pm降低、PY增大可作为急性运动性疲劳的脉图主要评价参数和依据。Objective： To establish a method of evaluating sphygmohram of acute motion fatigue and find experimental evidences. Methods： Thirty-four healthy college students were exhausted by exertion riding and their heart and lung functions were monitored. Blood pressure, sphygmogram and blood lactic acid （LA） were measured before and after riding; ratings of perceived exertion and symptom scores were enrolled to assess motion fatigue. Results： After 10-minute riding, VO2, RER and HR were up to a plateau; after riding, RPE averaged 16.79 and LA/RPE 37.13; after riding, LA increased strikingly（P〈0.01）, SBP fell obviously（P〈0.01）, h3 and h4 of sphygmogram decreased （P〈0.01）, wit rose （P〈0.01）, Pm reduced significantly （P〈0.01）, PY increased （P〈0.05）, with bigger increase than actual age（P〈0.01）. ConcIusion： Sphygmogram can objectively and effectively evaluate acute motion fatigue; h3, h4, w/t, Pm, and PY can be used as the main parameters and evidence for evaluation of sphygmogram of acute motion fatigue.
