摘  要:目的:检测不同方法提取的白芷有效成分对黑色素生成和代谢的影响,以期优选白芷作为外用脱色剂的提取法。方法:采用水提醇沉法、醇提法、超临界CO2萃取3种方法提取白芷。使用紫外分光光度计检测其对酪氨酸酶活性的影响;采用免疫组化HMB45标记,观察小鼠皮肤黑色素的代谢。结果:水提白芷对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率达43.23%,且明显减少小鼠皮肤HMB45标记的黑色素阳性面积;超临界CO2萃取的白芷挥发油对酪氨酸酶活性有激活作用。结论:水提醇沉法是白芷作为外用脱色剂的最佳提取方法。Objectlve:To assess the effects of three extracts from Angelica dahurica on formation and metabolism of melanin, and to optimize extraction process of Angelica dahurica. Methods:We used water,ethanol and supercritical CO2 to extract the effective ingredient of Angelica dahurica. Evaluating the tyrosinase inhibition activity by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Using immunohistochemistry to observe the changes of melanin in skin of Kunming mice. Results:The extract of Angelica dahurica from water showed inhibitive effects on tyrosinase activity and the inhibition rate is 43.23. It's masculine gender area marked with HMB45 is fewer than other groups. The extracts from supercritical CO2 showed increasing effect on tyrosinase activity. Conclusion:The best extract method of Angelica dehurica as decolorant is extracting with water and deposit with alcohol.
