摘　　要：综述了近10余年来国内学者对原发性高血压中相关肾虚证,以及补肾法治疗高血压病的临床与实验研究进展,并分析了中医补肾法在防治高血压病中的优势和存在问题,对今后的研究方向做出了展望。This article summarizes the clinical and experimental researches on syndrome of kidney deficiency,kidney-nourishing therapy in essential hypertension in the recent ten years. It analyzes the advantages and shortages of kidney-nourishing therapy in the treatment of essential hypertension,and also opens a new prospect to the direction of research in the future.
