摘　　要：目的评价爱康胶囊对HIV/AIDS患者生存质量的影响。方法采用随机单盲平行对照试验,选择102例患者,按2:1的比例分为治疗组与对照组,分别予以爱康胶囊和安慰剂治疗。两组均3个月为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程。结果入组102例患者,剔除4例,脱落1例,共有97例患者完成了试验,其中治疗组65例,对照组32例。两组治疗前后PPS集与FAS集躯体活动、精力、疼痛等均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组效果优于对照组;在情感反应、社会生活、睡眠方面,两组无显著差异。结论爱康胶囊能明显减轻HIV/AIDS患者躯体活动、精力、疼痛等3个纬度的症状,从而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of ＂Aikang Capsule＂ on llfe quality in HIV/AIDS patients. Methods A randomized parallel controlled single-blind clinical study was conducted to compare the efficacy of ＂Aikang Capsule＂ and placebo. 102 patients were enrolled in the study, 68 cases in treatment group and 34 cases in control group. Results At last, 65 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group finished the study because 4 cases were rejected and 1 case withdrew from the treatment. After treatment, treatment group improved the life quality better in activity of body, energy and pain, but not better than control group in sentiment, society and sonmus by the full analysis set （FAS） and per-protocol set （PPS） analysis. Conclusions ＂Aikang Capsule＂ can mitigate the symptoms of HIV/ AIDS patients in activity of body and energy and pain to improve the life quality.
