射心通胶囊对急性心肌梗死心室重构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨射心通胶囊对急性心肌梗死心室重构的干预作用。方法将58例冠心病急性心肌梗死的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,除常规西医治疗外,两组分别给以射心通胶囊和培哚普利治疗3个月。并设健康对照组20例。观察治疗前后血清Ⅲ型前胶原氨端肽(PⅢP)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)的含量变化及血浆内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和醛固酮(ALD)的含量。结果两组患者血清PⅢP、LN、HA浓度,血浆AngⅡ、ALD含量和ET-1水平均较健康正常人显著增高(P<0.01);两组治疗后各项观察指标均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05～0.01),组间疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论射心通胶囊有抑制心肌梗死后心室重构的作用。Objective To observe the intervening effect of ＂Shexingtong Capsule＂ on ventricular reconstruction in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Fifty-eight cases of acute myocardial infarction of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Except for conventional treatment, the patients in control group received perindopril, and the patients in treatment group received ＂Shexingtong Capsule＂ for three months. And twenty healthy people were enrolled as normal control group. The levels of PⅢP, LN, HA, ET, AngⅡ and ALD were observed before and after treatment. Results Not only levels of PⅢP, LN, HA, but also levels of ALD, AngⅡ and ET-1 in all patients were significantly higher than those in healthy people, P〈0.01： the levels of all the indexes in patients of treatment group and control group decreased markedly, P〈0.05 or 0.01, and there were no significant differences between the two groups, P〉0.05. Conclusion ＂Shexintong Capsule＂ can inhibit ventricular reconstruction after myocardial infarction.
