舒心合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚型临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒心合剂对冠心病心绞痛（气阴两虚型）的疗效。方法将92例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例，对照组32例，分别给予舒心合剂和心通121服液，30d为1个疗程，均连续服用2个疗程。结亲对心绞痛临床疗效，治疗组总有效率为86．67％，对照组为56．26％（P〈0．01）：治疗组对心电图改善优于对照组（P〈0．01），中医证候总有效率治疗组和对照组分别为93．33％与75．00％（P〈0．01）。结论舒心合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Shuxin Mixture＂ in the treatment of coronary pectoris. Methods Ninety-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with ＂Shuxin Mixture＂ and control group in which 32 cases were treated with ＂Xintong Fluid＂, for two courses. Results The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 56.26% in control group, P 〈 0.01; angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.01）; in the improvement of symptoms, the total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion ＂Shuxin Mixture＂ is quite effective for coronary pectoris.
