中西医结合溶栓疗法治疗闭塞型陈旧性下肢深静脉血栓300例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合溶栓疗法治疗闭塞型陈旧性下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法选择病程大于1个月的患者300例,采用脉痹饮为主溶栓疗法治疗,疗程为4周。治疗前后进行症状、体征及静脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果临床治愈191例,显效100例,无效9例。结论采用脉痹饮为主的中西医结合溶栓疗法可使血管再通。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of thrombus-dissolving therapy for obliterating old thrombus in deep lower veins. Methods 300 cases in treatment group were treated by ＂Maibi Decoction＂ and 100 cases in control group were treated by western medicine. The clinical symptoms and signs and Doppler＇s ultrasonic examination were observed. Results In treatment group, 191 cases got cure, 100 cases marked effectiveness and 9 cases failure; in control group, 25 cases got cure, 43 cases marked effectiveness and 32 cases failure. There was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion ＂Maibi Decoction＂ is quite effective for obliterating old thrombus in deep lower veins.
