“抽动灵冲剂”治疗小儿抽动—秽语综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药"抽动灵冲剂"治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法将120例患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组,各60例。治疗组予口服中药抽动灵冲剂;对照组予口服西药硫酸泰必利;4周为1个疗程,观察两组的疗效及副作用。结果治疗组总有效率及中医证候改善率分别为93.33%、91.67%,对照组分别为88.33%、90.00%,两组比较差异无显著性意义。治疗组无副反应,对照组的副反应为10%。结论"抽动灵冲剂"治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征有与西药硫酸泰必利相当的疗效,但无副反应。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Choudongling Granule＂ in treating childhood Gilles de la Tourtte＇s syndrome. Methods 120 children were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by ＂Choudongling Granule＂ and control group in which 60 cases were treated by Tiapride, with a course of 4 weeks; the clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate and syndrome improvement rate were 93.33% and 91.67% in treatment group; they were 88.33% and 90.00% respectively in control group, P〉 0.05; no adverse reactions were found in treatment group and 10% in control group. Conclusion This Granule is rather effective for Tiapride for Gilles de la Tourtte＇s syndrome, with no adverse reactions.
