摘　　要：为解决高等学校实行会计委派制以后,各级管理人员不能方便地获得职权范围内的财务数据的问题,设计并实现了高校财务通用报表系统。讨论了高校财务通用报表系统的系统模型、设计思路和模块设计,并对系统的应用情况和应用效果进行了归纳。After the adoption of accountant accreditation system in universities and colleges, the administrators at different levels can not have convenient access to their financial data. A general report system for financial systems of colleges and universities was designed and implemented to solve the problem. Following the discussion of system model, design considerations and modular design, the analysis of usage and values of the system is concluded.
