摘　　要：该文结合清华大学设备器材供应服务部的实际工作情况,探讨了如何在市场经济体制下,针对高校特点,通过明确服务宗旨、注重调查研究、优质低价供应、严格加强入库验收和定期检查,采取多种服务措施,及时、热情、优质、高效地努力做好学校的化学试剂等危险品的供应和服务工作,保障教学科研顺利进行,确保学校的安全,取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the characteristics in the university under the system of market economy, combining the practical work of Tsinghua University Service Department of Equipment and Appliance Supply, through determining the service purpose, stressing on investigation, optimizing the price, strictly sthengthening the goods check, stock and periodical check, adopting various service measures in time, effectively doing the supply and service work about chemical dangerous goods with enthusiasm and high quality, we ensure the smooth running of teaching and research in the university. The good results are achieved by taking above measures.
