摘　　要：分析英语表示领属关系的大量动词及其相关小句,研究致使结构小句概念框架和语义结构的理论意义和互相关系,可以证明概念结构和语义结构并非一对一的关系,概念框架所表达的概念语义和语义结构表述的语法语义有必要在理论模式表述中分开。By analyzing a large number of possessive verbs and their related clauses, this paper tends to discuss the significance of and the relationship between the conceptual frame and the semantic structure. The paper argues that the relationship between the two is not always one--to--one realization, therefore it is necessary to set up two subsystems, namely, conceptual and semantic structures in the theoretical model.
