结核病感染状况与抗体特征研究

摘　　要：目的调查活动性结核病和稳定期结核病抗体特征。方法采用ELISA或免疫层析技术,检测活动性肺结核、稳定期肺结核和健康人组血清中抗BCG-PPD、抗结核菌胞内蛋白(IP)、胞壁蛋白(CWP)、分泌蛋白(SP)3、8 kD蛋白和LAM抗原的抗体。结果抗38 kD蛋白抗体、抗LAM抗体与结核活动性密切相关。抗CWP抗体阳性患者化疗效果好。结论抗LAM和抗38 kD蛋白抗体为活动性结核病特征性抗体,CWP组分中含有保护性抗原。Objective The specific antibody profdes was investigated in the active tuberculosis and inactive tuberculosis.Methotis The serum antibody levels to BCG-PPD. 38 kD protein. LAM. intmcellular protein （IP）. secretive protein （sp） and cellular wall protein were measured by ELISA or immunol chromatography. Results The serum antibody levels to 38 kD protein and LAM was closely related with the tuberculosis infection state. A better therapeaufic effect was existed in the active tuberculosis positive antibody to CWP. Conclusion The active tuberculosis was characterlged by a high level of serum antibody to 38 kD protein and LAM. The protective antigen might be existed in the components of the cellular wall.
