摘  要:目的:建立百令胶囊专属性的指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法:以发酵虫草菌粉对照药材(CS-C-Q80)与腺苷、尿苷对照品对照,采用HPLC检测方法,色谱柱:Alltima C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.04 moL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 ml/min,测定波长:260 nm。结果:采用本法可以区别其它类似虫草产品。稳定性、精密度、重现性的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%,在相同的色谱条件下,经不同型号的HPLC仪,不同的色谱柱比较,相对保留时间的相对标准偏差小于5%。结论:本法操作简便,专属性强,重现性好,可作为百令胶囊的指纹图谱鉴别方法。AIM: To establish a specific method for identifying Bailing Capsule (Synnematum sinense, Yin et shen sp. now). METHODS: Using fermented cordyceps powder(Cs-C-Q80),adenosine and uridine as reference standards, a HPLC fingerprint at 260 nm has been established for identification of Bailing Capsule, using Alltima C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) column and acetonitrile -0.04 mol/L KH2PO4 in gradient elution as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. RESULTS: The relative standard deviations of stability, precision and reproducibility was less than 3% respectively. The relative standard deviation of relative retention time was less than 5% compared with other HPLC apparatuses and different colunms. CONCLUSION: The method established in this paper has the exclusivity and can be used to identify the Bailing Capsule.
