摘 要:目的:分析新疆戈壁野生木贼麻黄挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从野生麻黄的果、茎、根中提取挥发油,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法对其挥发性化学成分进行了分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对含量。结果:经毛细管色谱分离出野生木贼麻黄的果中15个峰,茎中3个峰,根中3个峰,鉴定出了新疆戈壁野性麻黄的果中12种成分、茎中2种成分、根中1个成分,占挥发油总成分的92.871%。结论:为初步开发利用新疆戈壁野生麻黄提供了科学依据。AIM : To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil in wild E. equisetina produced from gravel desert in Xinjiang region. METHODS : With the extraction of essential oil from fruit, root and slim of wild E. equisetina using steam distillation GC-MS was adopted to analyze volatile constituents of the essential components and calculate the relative contents of each component based on normalization method. RESULTS: 15 peaks were isolated, in the fruit of wild E. equisetina, 3 peaks in the root and 3 peaks in the slim. 12 constituents of fruit, 2 of root and 1 of slim were identified, which came up to 92. 871% of total essential oil. CONCLUSION: Some scientific foundations were provided for initial exploiting and utilizing wild E. equisetina produced from gravel desert in Xin-jiang region.
