摘　　要：目的评价破裂型腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性研究1999年1月至2006年1月手术治疗48例破裂型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状、体征、影像学表现及治疗效果。结果48例术前均明确诊断并及时进行了椎间盘切除术，术后随访1-7年，平均3.1年，按Nakai标准判定，优30例，良15例，可3例，优良率93.7%。结论破裂型腰椎间盘突出症术前即可明确诊断，应尽早手术治疗，疗效满意。Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and clinical efficacy of treatment of ruptured type lumbar disc herniation. Methods To retrospective study 48 cases of ruptured type lumber disc herniation patients from Jan. 1999 to Jan. 2006, discuss the clinical symptoms and signs, the radiographic performance and the operation treatment result. Results All the patients were followed-up for an average of 3.1 years（range 1 to 7 years）. It is evaluated according to Nakai criterion, the results of the operative treatment was excellent in 30 cases, good in 15 cases, fair in 3 cases. The rate of excellent and good results was 93.7%. Conclusion Rupturede type lumbar disc herniation before the operation can he diagnostic and should take operative treatment as soon as possible.
