摘　　要：导读工作是图书馆馆员为读者服务的重要内容,它在图书馆读者服务工作中占有重要地位。当今的信息时代给高校图书馆的发展创造了全新的环境,也给图书馆的导读工作提出了很多新的课题。结合多年的工作实践,就新时期如何做好高校图书馆导读工作谈谈自己的一些看法。Guided work is an important content of librar/an＇ s service for readers , it plays an important role in librarian＇ s service for readers. The present information age create new environment for college library＇ s development and it also put forwards many new subjects to library＇ s guided work. According to years of working experience, the writer advances several suggestions on how to do college library＇ s guided work well.
