摘　　要：新疆史前考古所获得的信息和资料,是研究公元前2世纪之前西域人类活动最重要、最可靠的依据。新疆史前饮食文化是新疆史前文化的重要组成部分。本文主要依据新疆史前考古发现初步探讨史前新疆古代居民的饮食文化。The information and the materials obtained in the Xinjiang prehistoric archaeology are the most important and the most reliable basis for studies of the western region humanity before the B.C. 2 centuries. The Xinjiang prehistoric diet culture is important constituent of the Xinjiang prehistoric culture. This article mainly depends upon archaeology discoveries in Xinjiang to discuss preliminarily prehistoric inhabitants＇ diet culture in ancient times.
