应用鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦出血性息肉(附23例报道)

摘　　要：目的探讨诊断治疗鼻窦出血性息肉的方法。方法对单独或联合应用鼻内窥镜手术治疗的23例鼻窦出血性息肉患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果23例患者全部治愈。随访6个月～8年,无复发。结论术前CT及活检、上颌窦穿刺对诊断有较大价值,确诊依靠术中肉眼观察及术后病理检查。单独或联合应用鼻内窥镜手术方法对彻底清除鼻窦出血性息肉、防止复发有良好效果。Objective To study the diagnosis and the therapy for bleeding polyp in paranasal sinus. Methods Clinical materials of 23 bleeding polyp patients receiving nasal endoscopic surgery were analysed retrospectively. Results All patients were cured.There was no recurrence after 6 months to 8 years following up. Conclusion CT scanning, biopsy puncture and irrigation of the maxillary sinus is very valuable for diagnosis.The nasal endoscopic surgery has the advantage of clearing away bleeding polyp in paranasal sinus and preventing its recurence.
