米索前列醇在青春期妊娠人工流产中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨青春期少女行人工流产术前口服米索前列醇对扩张宫颈、避免宫颈损伤、减少术中出血及缩短手术时间的效果。方法实验组62例,人工流产术前口服米索前列醇400μg,对照组61例术前不用药(两组术中均用丙伯酚镇痛)。结果术中可顺利通过6号扩宫器的是:实验组56例,对照组2例(P<0.01),宫颈损伤中实验组0例,对照组6例(P<0.05),两组术中出血分别(5.8±2.1)mL,(12.8±3.3)mL(P<0.05),手术时间分别是(2.8±1.0)min,(5.6±1.2)min(P<0.05)。结论青春期少女妊娠,在行人工流产术前口服米索前列醇可明显软化扩张宫颈,避免宫颈损伤,减少术中出血及缩短手术时间。Objective To explore the effect of misoprostol taken orally by puberty girl before induced abortion on expanding cervix, avoiding the damage of cervix, reducing volume of bleeding during operation and shortening the time of operation. Methods Experiment group 62 cases, in which the patients take orally misoprosto1400 μg before operation. Control group 61 cases, in which the patients do not take the medicine. Propofol as antalgic is used in operation for both groups. Results There were 56 cases in experiment group in which 6 size dilator can pass through cervix smoothly in operation, whereas 2 case can do so in control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. No case in experiment group had cervix damage, whereas 6 cases were found in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The average volume of bleeding during operation in experiment group and controlled group were respectively （5.8 ± 2.1 ）mL, （ 12.8 ± 3.3 ）mL（P 〈 0.05 ）, the average time of operation respectively （2.8 ± 1.0）min and （5.6 ± 1.2）min（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Taking misoprostol orally before operation by puberty girl who conceives and intends to abort can obviously enlarge and soften cervix, so as to avoid the cervix damage, reduce the volume of bleeding during operation and shorten the time of operation.
