摘  要:对Al-Pb合金开展了快速定向凝固实验,并根据实际凝固条件模拟计算了合金的组织演变过程.结果表明,当凝固速度不变时,Pb相粒子尺寸及其分布范围随Pb含量的增加而增大;当合金成分不变时,Pb相粒子尺寸及其分布范围随凝固速度的增加而减小.模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,展现了快速定向凝固条件下Al-Pb合金的凝固组织形成过程.Rapid directional solidification experiments were carried out with Al-Pb alloys. The microstructure evolution during the solidification was calculated according to the practical experimental conditions. The results indicate that under a constant solidification velocity, the size and its distribution width of the minority phase droplets increase with increasing the Pb content in the alloy. For an alloy of given composition, the size and distribution width of the minority phase droplets decrease with increasing the solidification velocity. The numerical results, which have an acceptable coincidence with the experimental ones, exhibit clearly the microstructure evolution process.
