摘　　要：根据《居住小区智能化系统建设要点与技术导则》三星级实施细则中的多网融合技术要求,介绍了多网融合技术在住宅小区中的应用方案。从多网融合技术方案在小区中应用的适用性、经济性和技术优势等方面,阐述了多网融合技术引入住宅小区中,将会促进小区智能化水平的提升,同时有利于达到住宅小区节能降耗的目的。According to the requirement of multi-network fusion technology in rules of ＂Construction Points and Technical Guideline for Intelligent Systems of Residential Quarters＂, the application of multi-network fusion technology scheme was introduced in brief. The applicability, the economy and the advantage of the application of multi-network fusion technology scheme in the residential community were expounded. It was proved that the multinetwork fusion technology could upgrade the intelligent level of residential community, and it was available to save energy in residential community.
