摘　　要：介绍了基于PSTN通信的自动远程集中抄表系统及其结构。简述了主站抄表管理终端软件的结构和功能。重点论述了它的设计思想和主要程序流程,包括SQL数据库设计、modem拨号远程通信、用电异常显示模块及欠费处理模块。系统投入运行后,取得了较好的效果。The automatic remote centralized meter reading system based on PSTN was introduced, and its constitution was given. The software structure and functions of the meter reading management terminal were analyzed. The design idea and the main program were discussed emphatically, which included SQL database design, modem dialing remote communication, anomaly display of power consumption and owing-credit disposal. The running resuh was very good after the system was put into practice.
