摘　　要：在一个自动化立体仓库系统中,系统管理层、监控层、执行层之间的信息通信是实现系统控制的基础。针对该系统以及各层次的实际需要,提出了使用比较流行的OPC,COM/DCOM等标准接口技术。详细介绍了OPC技术在该系统中实现iFIX组态软件与西门子S7-400系列PLC通信的具体配置策略,以共享数据库来实现管理与调度之间的信息通信,以及利用iFIX的iWebServer组件来实现远程通信。所采用的技术既实现了通信功能和工作效率,又有利于系统的升级扩展。The communication among SCADA,WMS and PLC is a base of control in a system of AS/RS. According to the practical needs of system and parts,it uses popular and standard interface technologies such as OPC,COM/ DCOM. It introduces the configuration of OPC between iFIX and S7-400 PLC,the communication based on shared database,and remote communication based on iWebServer in this system in detail. Such technologies are efficient and easy to update.
