摘　　要：梳棉机锡林盖板间5点隔距是重要的梳理工艺参数,其配置原则一般是由进口开始逐渐收缩,至出口又放大。这一工艺原则的不足是梳理面积较小。通过优选,锡林盖板间5点隔距采用进口稍大,其余4点紧隔距的工艺原则,有利于增加分梳面积,对降低生条棉结,提高成纱条干有明显的效果。Gauges on five points between cylinder fiat on carding machine are the important carding parameters, which should be arranged principly gradually shrinked from the entrance and then opened towards the exit, But this technology, can only card a small area. A well selecting that augmenting gauge at entrance mildly and the gauges of the other four points being tightened can enlarge the carding area, reduce neps of carded stivers and improve the yarn eveness effectively.
