摘　　要：农民合作经济组织的建立和发展为农民增收提供了新契机,但其自身依然存在诸多问题。为此,应从打破城乡二元分割结构、健全法律法规制度、完善支农资金投入比例、坚持以人为本理念、积极探索实现形式等方面着手,建立健全新型的农民合作经济组织。The establishment and development of peasant economy cooperative organization provided the new turning point for the farmer, but peasant economy cooperative organization oneself still had many problems. Therefore, breaking the city and countryside dual division structure, perfecting legal laws and regulations system, consummating the supporting agriculture fund investment proportion, persisting the humanist idea, exploring realization form should be adopted to establish new peasant economy cooperative organization.
