摘  要:深井离心泵在机井内工作,其外径受井径的限制,为了解决QJ型泵叶轮外径小,无法进一步提高单级扬程的问题,采用自主创新的极大扬程设计法重新设计水力模型。同时运用三维造型软件Pro/e生成叶轮的实体造型,运用商用CFD软件Fluent6.0作流场数值模拟,反复修正三维模型,试制出100SJB8新型深井离心泵叶轮,测试结果该泵的单级扬程提高了50%,效率超过国家标准9.8%。To overcome the problem that deep well centrifugal pump diameter is restricted by the well diameter, and the disadvantage that the diameter of the impeller of QJ pump is small thus it is very difficult to increase the water head, the hydraulic model of the impeller is re—designed according to maximum water head design method, which is developed by the authors. The whole shape of the impeller model is generated by a 3D shape software Pro/e. And through the flow field calculation with commercial CFD software Fluent6.0 and repeated revisions of the model, a new type of impeller of model 100SJP,8 is developed which can raise the water head by 50% and increase the efficiency by 9.8%.
