摘 要:研究测定了4个柞蚕(Antheraea pernyi)亲本和8个杂交组合的过氧化氢酶活性,利用生物数学方法分析了过氧化氢酶活性与经济性状杂种优势的关系,以探讨过氧化氢酶活性用于柞蚕杂种优势预测的可能性。过氧化氢酶活性的杂种优势在柞蚕卵、血淋巴、脂肪体、丝腺等不同材料间的表现不同。不同材料或组织中的过氧化氢酶活性与经济性状的相关性不同,丝腺过氧化氢酶活性与生命力性状(收蚁结茧率)和产量性状(单蛾结茧数、单蛾茧层量、单蛾收茧量)均呈显著正相关,而且与其杂种优势率也呈显著正相关。因此认为,丝腺过氧化氢酶活性可作为一种生化指标用于柞蚕杂种优势的预测。To predicte the heterosis of Antheraea pernyi, the catalase activities of four parental races and eight hybridized combinations were tested and the correlation between the actalase activity and the hybrid vigor of some economic characters were investigated by biomathematics method. It was found that the heterosis of catalase activity was obviously different among the four materials including egg, hemolymph, fat body and silkgland used in this study. The catalase activities in different matericals or tissues showed different correlativities with economic characters. The catalase activity in larva silkgland showed significantly correlation with survival character (cocooning rate to newly hatched larvae) and yield characters (e. g. cocoon number per moth, cocoon shell weight per moth, and cocoon yield per moth). Therefore, the catalase activity can be used as a biochemical indictor to predict the heterosis of A. pernyi.
