清热利湿、化瘀祛浊法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热利湿、化瘀祛浊法即服用酸脂清胶囊(大黄、姜黄、土茯苓等)治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分成两组,治疗组(酸脂清胶囊)60例,对照组(秋水仙碱)30例,观察治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率达86.67%;对照组总有效率90.00%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组患者服药期间未见明显不良反应。结论:该药治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确定,且无明显副反应。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Suanzhiqing Capsule in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods ： A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was treated with Suanzhiqing Capsule, while the control group was treated with colchicines. Results： The chnical total effective rate in the experimental group and the control group was 86. 67% and 90. 00% respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. However, there were no obvious adverse reactions in the experimental group. Conclusion： Suanzhiqing Capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, because it has colchicines-similar therapeutic effects and furthermore has no obvious adverse reactions.
