摘 要:为了深入研究冻结井外壁水化热温度场的变化规律及其对冻结壁的影响,开展了外壁温度场数值模拟方法的研究,详细介绍了混凝土水化生热过程、冻土的融化及再冻结相变过程、聚苯乙烯泡沫板压缩过程的数值模拟技术要点,在此基础上,利用ANSYS程序,建立了参数化的有限元模型,开展了龙固副井深部外壁温度场的数值模拟研究.龙固副井外壁及壁后冻土温度的现场实测数据证实了本数值模拟方法的可行性.最后,全面分析了影响外壁温度场数值模拟结果可靠性的各种因素,并提出了提高数值模拟结果可靠性的主要技术措施.In order to investigate the varying rule of hydration heat temperature field of outer shaft lining and it's influence on the freezing wall during freezing sinking, the numerical simulation techniques of the temperature field of outer shaft lining were studied, essential technique points such as concrete heat generating process, frozen soil thawing and re-freezing, and foam board compressing were introduced in detail. In addition, the finite element model was established with ANSYS software. The feasibility of the numerical simulation technique was verified by it's application in the auxiliary shaft of Longgu Mine. Finally, factors affecting reliability of the numerical simulation were also analyzed and some corresponding methods to enhance the reliability of the numerical simulation put forward.
