摘  要:为确定合理的开采规模,对两坑方案和一坑方案进行了对比.两坑方案为二号和三号露天矿分别开采,能力分别为15 Mt/a和14 Mt/a;一坑方案为两矿合并开采,能力为29 Mt/a.结果表明,露天矿的合理开采规模为29 Mt/a.半连续工艺和拉斗铲工艺在技术上对露天矿都适合.经济指标的对比表明,露天矿宜采用由拉斗铲无运输倒堆工艺与半连续工艺组成的综合开采工艺,即采场上部剥离采用单斗电铲与自移式破碎机的半连续工艺,中部剥离采用拉斗铲无运输倒堆工艺,下部采煤采用由电铲、卡车、破碎机和地下带式输送机构成的半连续工艺.In order to find out a reasonable mining scale, the two-pit scheme is compared with the one-pit scheme. For the two-pit scheme, the pit No. 2 and No. 3 are mined separately, with the output of 15 Mt/a and 14 Mt/a, respectively; while for the one-pit scheme, these two pits are combined into one, with the output of 29 Mt/a. The result shows that the reasonable mining scale for open-pit mine is 29 Mt/a. Both the semi-continuous technology and the pull shovel technology are suitable for open-pit mines. According to the comparison of economic indices, the comprehensive mining technology consisting of dragline stripping technology and semi-continuous technology are preferred. The semi-continuous technology with shovels and mobile crusher stations may be adopted on upper benches, the pull shovel technology may be adopted at the middle depth of the pit, and the combination of semi-continuous technology with shovels, trucks and underground belt conveyors may be adopted for the lower part.
