摘 要:为了研究高韧性煤层综采放顶煤工作面的矿压显现规律,采用ZDYJ-ⅡB红外式综采支架压力监测仪,对宁夏磁窑堡二矿C142高韧性煤层综放工作面矿压进行了监测.研究表明,高韧性煤层综放工作面初次来压和周期来压明显,压力峰值高位稳定,高于其它综放工作面,动载系数小,工作面前柱工作阻力明显小于后柱,为11.9%.指出ZFS6800/18/35型液压支架实际工作阻力仍有部分超过设计工作阻力,高阻力支护是控制高韧性综放工作面顶板的主要措施.该研究为类似工作面生产管理、支架选型提供了依据.The ZDYJ-Ⅱ B infrared instrument was used to observe the strata and the strata behavior of C142 top-coal caving face of Ciyaopu No. 2 coal mine, Ningxia autonomous region. The result shows that the periodic strata behavior of top-coal caving face is obvious, the peak values are stable and greater than that of other top-coal faces, and the working resistance of the front pillar is 11.9G, obviously smaller than that of the back collumn. In addition, the actual working resistance of ZFS6800/18/35 is greater than the designed resistance. Therefore, high resistance support is one of the main measures to prevent the roof high toughness coal from falling down. The research provides some basis for the face management and the support choice.
