摘 要:[目的]评价开展针对大学生预防艾滋病干预的效果,以便有针对性地开展健康教育活动,制定适合的干预方案。[方法]2006年7月,在山东大学学生中发放宣传册进行艾滋病相关知识健康教育,同年11月,对同一人群中阅读过宣传手册和未阅读过宣传手册的部分学生进行问卷调查。[结果]艾滋病全部知识得分,阅读组487人为(83.77±12.99)分,对照组442人为(70.35±12.87)分(P<0.01)。除文科外,医科、理科、工科学生均为阅读组得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。阅读组中,医科、理科和工科学生得分均高于文科学生(P<0.01)。关于艾滋病传播途径、预防措施、基础知识3部分问题的得分,阅读组分别为(29.57±3.89)分、(20.90±4.91)分、(33.30±6.27)分,对照组分别为(16.17±5.07)分(、17.44±4.78)分(、26.74±6.24)分,均为阅读组高于对照组(P<0.01);各专业、各年级学生均为阅读组得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]在校内发放宣传教育手册是普及在校生相关艾滋病知识的有效手段。[Objeetive]To evaluate the intervention effect of AIDS prevention on the undergraduate students, in order to carry out focalized health education activities and make suitable preventive programs. [Methods]Health education on AIDS related knowledge was conducted among the students of Shandong University through delivering handbooks in July, 2006. Some of the target students were undertaken a questionnaire survey before and after reading propaganda handbooks of AIDS in November of the same year. [Results] The total score of correlative knowledge about AIDS was (83.77 + 1 2. 9 9 ) for 4 8 7 students of the reading group and ( 7 0. 3 5 + 1 2. 8 7 ) for 4 4 2 students of the control group ( P〈 0. 0 1 ). Except the liberal art department, the score of the students from medicine, science, and engineering departments in the reading group was all higher than that of the students in control group( P 〈0.01). In the reading group,the score of the students in medicine,science and engineering departments was all higher than that of the students in the art department ( P 〈0.0). The score of the knowledge concerning AIDS transmission route, preventive measures and elementary knowledge was(29.57±3.89) ,(20.90±4.91) and(33.30±6.27) respectively in the reading group,and(16.17±5.07) ,(17.44 ±4.78) ,(26.74±6.24) respectively in the control group,the score of the reading group was all higher than that of the control group; The score of the students from different specialties and grades in the reading group was all higher than that in the control group( P 〈0.01). [Conelusion]It is an effective means to spread correlative AIDS knowledge by delivering propaganda handbooks in universities.
