2005年内蒙古部分健康人群流脑带菌情况和抗体水平调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解内蒙古自治区健康人群A群和C群流脑的抗体水平和带菌情况,以应对流脑的暴发和流行。[方法]2005年,在内蒙古自治区4个市,抽取部分健康人群进行调查。[结果]检测咽拭子711份,分离流脑菌株27株(已分型的10株中A群2株、B群8株),带菌率为3.80%。检测血清691份,A群抗体阳性的180份,阳性率为26.05%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1∶6.4;C群抗体阳性的92份,阳性率为13.31%,GMT为1∶8.28。[结论]健康人群A群和C群流脑血清抗体阳性率较低。[Objective]To understand antibody level of group A and C of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis and carrier state,provide scientific basis for prevention and control. [Methods] Some healthy population from four regions of Inner Mongolia were investigated in 2005. [Results]711 throat swab samples were tested and 27 strains were isolated （ including 2 strains of group A and 8 strains of group 1）. 3.8% of them were carriers . 691 serum specimens were tested with ELISA, 180 specimens were positive for group .A. The positive rate was 26.05 % and GMT was 1 ： 6, 4. 92 specimens were positive for group C, the positive rate was 13.31% and GMT was 1 ： 8.28.[Conclusion]The positive rate of serum antibody of epidemic cerebrospinal Meningitis of group A and C among healthy population was low.
