摘　　要：[目的]了解福州市羁押、收教人员HIV的感染情况,为福州市的公安、司法等相关部门制定艾滋病防治工作提供依据。[方法]用酶联免疫吸附试验对福州市羁押、收教人员进行抗-HIV检测。[结果]共检测12 652名,抗-HIV阳性者15例,阳性率为0.12%。男性阳性率为0.11%,女性阳性率为0.53%。15例阳性者均为性乱者,其中11例吸过毒,有共用注射器史。[结论]监狱、看守所羁押人员中发现有HIV感染者,戒毒收教人员仍是HIV感染的高危人群,应加强对这些群体的宣传教育、管理和行为干预。[Objective]To know HIV infection among the persons in custody in Fuzhou, provide scientific basis for the Department of Public Security and Judicial Department to make program on AIDS control and prevention. [Methods]Anti- HIV of the persons＇ in custody was detected with ELISA. [Results]12 652 samples were detected, 15 of them were anti- HIV positive, the positive rate was 0.12 %. The positive rate in male was 0.11%, while in female was 0.53%. 15 persons with HIV positive were injected through sexual behavior. 11 have taken drugs and used in common the injectors. [Conclusion]There were some people with HIV positive in prison and custody. The people who are forced to stop drugs are at the high risk to be infected. Health education and intervention should be strengthened.
