2006年济南市传染病网络直报质量评价

摘　　要：[目的]探讨济南市传染病报告及时率的因素及提高报告及时率的措施。[方法]对2006年济南市《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的传染病报告卡进行分析。[结果32006年济南市传染病报告卡及时率为98．87％，审卡及时率为99．35％，全市10个县（市）、区传染病报告卡及时率最高100．00％，最低94．99％。审卡及时率最高100．00％，最低96．45％。2006年，上报28043张卡片，传染病报告时间平均为0．13d，其中诊断到填卡平均为0．11d，医疗机构报告时间主要集中在每日的8：30～11：00和14：00～17：00，占报告总数的75．71％，疾控中心（卫生防疫站）审核在每日的8：30～11：00和14：00～17：00，占审核总数的43．34％。[结论]传染病疫情网络直报的及时性、准确性较高，但全市10个县（市）、区报告质量差异较大。设立专职的疫情信息网络直报人员和疫情管理员，坚持按规定时限报卡和审卡，可提高济南市传染病报告质量。[Objective]The analysis was made to get an insight into the factors influencing the promptness of the report of infectious diseases in Jinan City and the measures to improve the promptness. [Methods]Analysis was made on the report cards of the infectious diseases reported by the ＂report and management system of disease surveillance information＂ in Jinan City in 2006. [Results]It showed that the promptness of report cards of infectious diseases in Jinan City in 2006 was 98.87% ,with the promptness of card examination of 99.35%. The maximum of the promptness of report cards in ten counties （districts） was 100.00% and the minimum was 94. 99 %. Meanwhile,the maximum promptness of card examination was 100.00% and the minimum was 96.45 %. 28043 reporting cards of infectious disease were reported. The average report duration of the infectious diseases was 0. 13d, and the mean duration from diagnosis to filling in card was 0.11d. The time reported by medical institutions was at 8：30 to 11：00 and 14：00 to 17： 00, accounting for 75.71% of total reported cases. Card examination conducted by Center for Disease Prevention and Control （Sanitation and Anti-epidemic Station ） was from 8：30 to 11：00 and 14：00 to 17：00 every day , accounting for 43.34% of the total. [Conclusion]The promptness and accuracy of network direct report of infectious disease were at high level. But there was a difference in the report quality in different counties. Report cards should be filled and tested by special professionals. The report quality can be improved.
