摘 要:将氨基硅油乳化,制成固体质量分数为30%的氨基硅乳(ASE),再和聚醚环氧硅油(CGF)复配,制得了亲水性氨基硅织物整理剂(ZH-4).最佳制备条件:氨基硅油粘度为2 510 mPa.s(氨值为0.6 mmol/g)、ASE和CGF质量比为3∶2~1∶1.实验结果表明:ZH-4与阴离子型树脂和助剂的配伍性良好,拼混使用不会产生漂油、分层或沉淀.在相同条件下,经ZH-4整理织物的柔软性虽略逊于ASE,但优于CGF,而ZH-4整理织物的静态吸水性能优异.Aminosiloxanewas emulsified to give aminosiloxane emulsion (ASE) with 30 % wt solids content, which was formulated with polyether epoxy silicone (CGF) to give hydrophilic aminosiloxane finishing agent (ZH-4) for textiles. The optimal preparation conditions were aminosiloxane viscosity 2 510 mPa·s (amino value 0.6 mmol/L) and ASE:CGF=3:2~1:1 (wt ratio), The experiments demonstrated that ZH-4 was miscible with anionic resins and auxiliaries, and the mixtures neither seperated to oil layers, nor segmented, nor precipitated. The fabrics finished with ZH-4 under the same conditions had slightly lower softness, but still better than CGF. The static water-absorbance of the ZH-4 finished fabrics was excellent,
