摘　　要：对食管癌癌前病变——食管上皮增生用增生平片进行临床治疗，治疗组在症状好转、导光镜检查及活检病理学检查好转率方面均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗组２个证候间比较，热瘀内结证疗效优于肝郁气滞证（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Epithelial hyperplasia of esophagus as a precaneerous lesion was clinically treated by Zengshengping tablets. Both improvement of clinical symptoms and examination by fiberoptic esophagoscopy or pathological biopsy appeared to favour more the tablet therapy than the control one.
