摘 要:采用80%吉林球粘土、20%碳黑,添加1.0%的TiO2或1.5%的白云石,经碳热还原氮化反应制备了β'-SiAlON材料。通过XRD和SEM测试,研究了成型压力、烧成温度、保温时间、烧结助剂等因素对制备β'-SiAlON材料的影响。结果表明,烧成温度1 450℃为宜,延长保温时间有利于β'-SiAlON相的形成;烧结助剂的催化效果以TiO2最好,白云石次之;随着成型压力的增大,合成试样中β'-SiAlON相减少。β'-SiAlON Material was prepared by CRN method.80 percent Jilin ball clay and 20 percent black carbon were used as raw materials,addition of 1.0 percent TiO2 or 1.5 percent dolomite as sintered assistants.This paper studied the effects of forming pressure,sintered temperature,insulating time and sintered assistants on preparation of β'-SiAlON material by XRD and SEM testing.The results showed that 1 450 ℃ was the better sintered temperature,β'-SiAlON phase content increased with the increase of insulating time and decrease of forming pressure,TiO2 as the best sintered assistant was proved.
