摘  要:通过对犬油酸性呼吸窘迫综合征模型的血液粘度、红细胞和白细胞变形能力及其血液流变变学指标和肺血流阻力在静脉注油酸后240min内(0.30、60、120和240 min 5个时点)的动态观察发现,肺血流阻力进行性增加(由基础值35.5±7.0 kPa·s/L增至240min时95.5±26.5kPa·s/L,P<0.01),血液粘度和红细胞压积显著增加,红细胞和白细胞变形能力显著降低。逐步回归分析示肺血流阻力增加在30~60min与血液粘度和红细胞压积增加有关,而120~240min还与红细胞和白细胞变形能力降低有关。The changes of pulmonary flow resistance, blood viscosity, hematocrit and the deformability of RBC and WBC during experimental respiratory distress syndrome induced by oleic acid in dogs were reported. It was found that 60 min and 120 rain after OA infusion, pulmonary flow resistance increased progressively, blood viscosity and hematocrit was elevated significantly and that the deformability of red blood cells and white blood cells decreased obviously. Stepwise regressive analysis of the pulmonary flow resistance and related hemorheologic parameters suggested that from 30~60 min after OA infusion the increase of pulmonary flow resistance was closely related to the increase of blood viscosity and hematocrit, and from 120 ~ 240 min the decrease of deformability of RBC and WBC.
