自制侧孔头皮针与普通头皮针穿刺静脉损伤的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自制的侧孔头皮针静脉穿刺时对预防损伤性静脉炎，减少血液中微粒，保护外周静脉血管，提高静脉使用率的效果。方法选健康家兔36只，使用自行研制的5号半侧孔头皮针与5号半普通头皮针分别对家兔的耳缘静脉进行穿刺。左耳缘静脉采用侧孔头皮针进行穿刺，作为实验组，普通头皮针穿刺家兔右耳缘静脉，作为对照组，穿刺成功后分别给每只白兔的耳缘静脉推注诺维本20m1后拔针，按压针眼3min，于24h后取每只白兔的左、右耳缘静脉观察病理变化，并比较2组静脉炎及静脉组织损伤情况的差异。结果2组静脉炎及静脉组织损伤情况比较差异有统计学意义，实验组优于对照组。结论侧孔头皮针对静脉损伤小、组织修复快，可提高静脉使用率。Objective In order to know the effects of preventive phlebitis, reduce amount of microne in blood and improve the using efficiency of vein by lateral aperture scalp acupuncture. Methods Selected 36 healthy rabbits as animal experiments. The left ear marginal veins of rabbits punctured by 5 scalp acupuncture with lateral aperture developed by us were test group,the right ear marginal veins punctured by 5 common scalp acupuncture were control group. Withdrawing needles and pressing the pinpricks three minutes after injecting 20ml Navelbine to each group. Acquiring left and right ear marginal veins of each rabbit after 24 hours,then observing and comparing the pathological changes of the two groups. Results Venous injury decreased more greatly by scalp acupuncture with lateral aperture than by common scalp acupuncure. Conclusion It＇s a convenient way for less venous injury, a quick tissue repair and higher venous using efficiency to use scalp acupuncture with lateral aperture.
