实用新型软垫的制作及在预防压疮中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨实用新型软垫的制作及在预防压疮中的应用。方法自行研制了实用新型软垫,并与传统的减压器具进行比较。结果单纯使用橡胶气圈组患者发生皮肤潮湿和压疮初期的例数比单纯使用实用新型软垫组明显增多(P<0.01);应用"三马气垫"的同时加用海棉垫组患者发生压疮初期的例数比加用实用新型软垫组明显增多(P<0.01),前者有1例脑干出血患者发生Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮。结论实用新型软垫的减压及吸湿透气效果好,弥补了橡胶气圈及海棉垫的不足;且取材方便,制作方法简单,易于清洁消毒,重量轻,携带便利,经济实用。Objective To prepare a novel soft mattress and to study its application in prevention of pressure sores in patients. Methods A self-designed novel soft mattress was prepared and was compared with conventional pressure relieving instruments. Results Patients using rubber mattress had more severe skin dampness and pressure sores than those using novel soft mattress（ P 〈 0.01）. Patients using ＂Sanma Gas Mattress＂ combined with sponge had more severe pressure sores than those using our novel soft mattress（ P 〈0. 01）;one patient of the former group developed stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ pressure sores. Conclusion Our novel soft mattress has good pressure relieving and dampness removing effect;it makes up the shortcomings of rubber gas mattress and sponge. Moreover,the novel mattress is light,easy to carry,and easy to be disinfected.
