速效跌打风湿擦酒对豚鼠皮肤组织结构的影响

摘　　要：速效跌打风湿擦酒用70％酒精加中草药制成,可治疗一些皮肤、肌肉损伤。用此擦酒轻涂皮肤,可见皮肤有轻度充血和水肿。重擦皮肤可见表皮有直径0.2mm的多个缺损区,细胞死亡、分裂增加、真皮有较重的充血、水肿、白细胞浸润。本结果提示,该擦酒轻涂时可促进皮肤循环,重擦可引起刺激性接触性皮炎。The tincture was made from 70％ alcohol and some Chinese medicinal herbs, Which could treat injury of skin and muscle.There were light hyperamia and edema on the areas of trunk skin of guinea pigs(n=7) applied with the tincturé and, ulcers 0.2mm in diameter,cells necrosis and mitosis multiplied in the epidermis,serioushyperamia and edema, leukocyte infiltration in dermis on the areas rubbed with the tincture. The results suggested that the tincture applied on skin could promate the blood circulation of skin and, the tincture rubbed on skin could cause irritative contact dermatitis.
