摘 要:以郑单958为试材,采用大田种植及室内测定相结合的方法,研究了夏玉米籽粒以及穗轴发育的形态特征和生理特性。结果表明,从果穗不同部位的籽粒长度、重量、干物质累积速度和体积方面看,中部籽粒的发育状况明显优于顶部籽粒。果穗不同部位籽粒和穗轴中可溶性糖分、淀粉、蛋白质含量变化趋势虽然不同,但12DAA是分水岭,三项指标均在12DAA后出现变化。本研究对认识夏玉米籽粒发育规律和指导夏玉米高产优质栽培具有重要意义。Studies on the biochemical and physiological characteristics of kernel and cob development were conducted with summer maize hybrids Zhengdan 958 both in the field and lab measurement. The results showed as follows:the length of the ovary, fresh weight, dry matter accumulation and volume of kernels at the middle of ear were better than those of the upper part. The content of soluble sugar, protein and starch of the kernel and cob in different parts of the ear had different change trends, but the 12 day after anthesis(DAA) is a key day of the physiology characteristics, all of the three indexes had changed after 12DAA. This study is of some scientific meaning for summer maize kernel development and high and quality maize production.
