摘　　要：将整合有HBV基因组DNA的人肝癌细胞2.2.15接种于裸鼠皮下,使其在2～3周内长成实体瘤,在裸鼠血清及肿瘤组织中均检出了HBV存在的相应指征。肿瘤组织经体外培养后再次接种另一批裸鼠,仍能产生上述特性。这种HBV裸鼠动物模型,将有助于HBV的体内研究和抗病毒疗效的考核。Since only higher Primates being sensitive to HBV infection,establishing available. HBV animal model is regarded as a practical task for HBV in vivo study. Inoculation of 2. 2. 15 cell was performed subcutaneously into 5-6 weeks age male or female Balb/C pure line nude mice with a total cell number of 3×107 per mouse. Solid tumor was grown up in 2-3 weeks after inoculation and no metastasis was found, HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV DNA could be detected in serum and tumor of nude mice. The tumor cells separated from nude mice were cultured in vitro,then inoculated into another group of nude mice. As before,the HBV markers were also detected. So established HBV nude mice animal model may be used to study HBV in vivo and examine the curative effect of antiviral drugs.
