甘丙素在糖尿病发病中的意义

摘　　要：测定了28例未经治疗的糖尿病患者、19例治疗后得到良好控制的糖尿病患者及29例正常人血浆甘丙素、血糖、胰岛素、C肽水平。结果显示未经治疗的糖尿病患者甘丙素、血糖、胰岛素、C肽明显高于正常对照组,亦明显高于治疗后的糖尿病患者。甘丙素与血糖呈正相关,与胰岛素、C肽无明显相关,提示甘丙素在糖尿病发病和诊治过程中有重要意义,糖尿病亦存在高胰岛素血症。The plasma contents of galanin, glucose, insulin and C-peptide were determined in 28 patients with untreated diabetes mellitus, 19 patients with well-controlled diabetes mellitus and 29 normal individuals. The results showed that the plasma levels of galanin, glucose, insulin and C-peptide in patients with untreated diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in the normal control(P<0. 001),and also higher than the well-controlled diabetics. There was positive relationship between galanin and glucose , but no relationships among galanin , insulin and C-peptide were detected. It is suggested that galanin is related with the origin,diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus. There was also hyperin-sulinemia in diabetic patients.
