摘　　要：简要分析了国内外C4ISR系统功能需求分析的现状,提出了C4ISR系统功能需求的三层结构,简述了数据仓库的基本知识,构造了基于数据仓库的C4ISR系统功能需求分析体系结构及分析流程,并结合某装甲机械化部队C4ISR系统功能需求分析实例进行了应用分析,对保持分析过程中数据的一致性和部分分析细节进行了阐述,最后对文章所述方法的优缺点进行了总结。In this paper, the status quo of the C4ISR Functional Requirements Analysis （FRA） is introduced briefly. Then the hierarchy of three layers of the C4ISR function is put up. After the circumstances of the computer aided C4ISR FRA and its work process are set up, the relation between present equipments and the result of computer aided analysis are given. Then an example is given and at last both the advantages and the shortcomings are summarized.
