注射用赖氨匹林与三种常用输液的配伍稳定性

摘　　要：目的研究室温6小时内注射用赖氨匹林与5％葡萄糖注射液、0．9％氯化钠注射液和复方葡萄糖氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性，为临床用药提供科学依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定注射用赖氨匹林与三种输液配伍后6小时内阿司匹林的含量及有关物质（水杨酸），同时考察配伍液的外观和pH值。结果在室温条件下，注射用赖氨匹林与上述三种输液配伍6小时后，外观、pH值、含量和有关物质（水杨酸）均无明显变化。结论注射用赖氨匹林可与5％葡萄糖注射液、0．9％氯化钠注射液和复方葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍使用。Objective To study the stability and compatibility of Lysinipirin for injection in three different infusions for 6 hours at room temperature.Methods The content and related substances （salicylic acid） of Lysinipirin for injection in three mixture were determined by RP-HPLC. Their appearance and pH values were deterermined. Results The results showed that there was no significant change after matching in the appearance, pH values, content and related substances （salicylic acid） for 6 hours at room temperature. Conclusion Lysinipirin could combine with 5% glucose injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, glucose and sodium choloride for injection.
