摘　　要：CD44是一种跨膜受体蛋白,属于黏附分子家族,介导细胞与细胞、细胞与基质之间的黏附。近年来发现CD44及其变异体在许多消化道肿瘤细胞中异常表达,且与消化道肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润转移有一定的关系。CD44 is a transmembrane receptor protein, belonging to the family of adhesion molecules, which is involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Recently a lot of researches reported that CD44 and its variant isoforms were usually aberrantly expressed in many kinds of digestive tract tumor cells, which was correlated with the carcinoma, progression ,invasion and metastasis of digestive tract tumors.
