摘 要:采用倾斜板冷却体法对亚共晶高铬铸铁进行半固态成形,主要研究倾斜板参数对亚共晶高铬铸铁半固态组织的影响规律.研究表明:采用倾斜板冷却体法制备的组织与未经倾斜板冷却体制备的组织相比圆整度较高、尺寸较小;倾斜板角度、长度、凹槽半径对亚共晶高铬铸铁初生奥氏体的形貌影响均很明显.随着倾斜板角度的增大、长度的增加,初生奥氏体的圆整度先提高后降低,尺寸先减小后增大.大凹槽半径的倾斜板制备的初生奥氏体较小凹槽半径倾斜板制备的初生奥氏体圆整、尺寸细小.Semi - solid forming of hypoeutectic high chromium cast iron was prepared by inclined cooling plate method. The influence of parameter of the inclined cooling plate to semi - solid structure of hypoeutectic high chromium was studied. The results showed that the circularity of structure by inclined cooling plate method was better than that of structure not by inclined cooling plate method, and the size of the former was smaller than the latter. Inclined angle, inclined length and inclined slot radius obviously influence to the morphology of primary austenite in hypereutectic high chromium cast iron. When the angle of the slope plate and the length of the slope plate increased, the size of primary austenite in hypereutectic high chromium cast iron firstly reduces then augments. The primary austenite in hypereutectic high chromium cast iron by biggish slot radius of inclined cooling plate had be higher circularity than structure by the lesser slot radius of inclined plate and the size of the former was smaller than that of the latter.
