护理干预对老年临界高血压患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察护理干预对老年临界高血压患者的影响。方法:对125例老年临界高血压患者随机分为干预组65例和对照组60例,干预组予健康教育、心理干预、指导心身放松训练等护理干预措施,对照组只跟踪观察。两组均没有服用影响血压和血脂的药物,观察血压情况。结果:干预组总有效率为75.4%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年临界高血压患者进行护理干预,能延缓高血压的进展,取得理想效果。Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on borderline hypertensive in old age. Methods 125 old patients were randomly divided into tow groups, 65 in intervention group and 60 in control group. Nursing interventions such as instruction of health care, mental intervention and instruction of spirit and body slacken were used in intervention group. control groups were observed without any special measure. Blood pressures were measured in two groups, the two groups were out of the hypotensive drug and descendens blood fat drug. Results The overall effective rate in intervention group is 75.4% , the control group is 53.3% , there was statistical significance between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on borderline hypertensive in old age can delay advancement of blood pressure and get ideal effect.
